George Edwards is a Development Manager with 20 years of experience across residential, mixed use and commercial projects. Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, George is responsible for the development activities of Frogmore’s Funds and Development Management mandates across various use classes. These include landmark residential schemes like Coton Quay Salford, Frogmore’s Notting Hill Estate, the expansion of the London Hilton Olympia Hotel and various other office, hotel and mixed-use assets. Prior to Joining Frogmore he worked in Investment and Development advisory work across London and the UK having been involved in such schemes as Television Centre, Crossrail 2 and the regeneration of Earls Court. Central to his role is driving the viability of projects and ensuring that schemes are aligned to the requirements of both occupiers and investors.
