Amandeep is an architect and urban designer turned entrepreneur, currently co-founding a startup in Carbon13's venture builder programme aiming to cut 10 million tonnes of CO₂ annually through tech-enabled retrofit. Formerly Associate Director at Be First, he led the design team supporting the delivery of 2,000+ homes, 70% affordable. He’s a trustee of the London Neighbourhood Scholarship, a Design Council Homes Taskforce Lead Ambassador, and chairs multiple Design Review Panels including Hackney and Kingston. Amandeep also serves as a non-executive director at Eastlight Community Homes, supporting leadership and governance in housing.
