Graham has worked for Boon Edam for nearly 27 years, first starting as a Technician before moving to the sales team in 2013. Graham is part of the service sales team carrying out site visits to customer to offer basic end user training on Boon Edam products, offering our service and maintenance options and discussing retrofit options where products become old and outdated or the building use changes.
